When does the daily track reset?

Every day at 00:00 UTC. That's the same instant for every driver on Earth — so you're always racing the same track as everyone else. Your local time depends on your time zone.

Can I retry the daily run?

You get one attempt at the official daily time per UTC day. You can practice the track as many times as you want, but only your first scoring run counts toward the leaderboard. This is by design — Loop Break is a "one shot, post your time" daily challenge.

I lost my streak — can I get it back?

Streaks reset if you miss a day. We can't restore them, even by request — they're verified against UTC submission timestamps in our database. The good news: streaks are cosmetic. Your other progress and unlocks are unaffected.

My time didn't show up on the leaderboard.

The most common cause is being offline at the moment of submission. Loop Break queues offline scores and syncs them next time you're online. Make sure airplane mode is off, then open the app — your queued time will appear within a few seconds.

If it still doesn't show up after 5 minutes, email us with your nickname and roughly when you set the time.

Are there in-app purchases?

No. Loop Break has no in-app purchases. No ads either. The whole game is yours to play.

How do I report a bug?

Email us at with:

  • Your device model and OS version
  • Loop Break version (Settings → About)
  • What you were doing when it happened
  • A screen recording if you can manage it

We usually reply within 48 hours.

Where can I delete my online data?

In-app: Settings → "Reset Online Profile". For full instructions, see the Privacy Policy.
